Ordering information

- In our webshop you will find products divided to main categories by field of use. Main categories in turn divide into subcategories by specifics of the product.

*All prices are shown in EURO-s and include VAT (20%)

*The fotos displayed on the products page are illustrative and may in some vary from the appearence of the actual product.

- Choose the products you need from our catalogue and add them to the cart, of witch contents you can view at the top of the page.

- Select the quantities or remove unwanted products and choose transport method from the list.

*there are three methods of transport:

1. Client pick up from our stock - You can pick up your order from Flint Kaubandus OÜ- s store, Kõo village, Kõo parish, 70501 Viljandi county, Estonia, on the date that you habe been given with the invoice.
2. Home delivery by courier- The package will be delivered to your address directly by a courier.
3. Delivery to a foreign country- We will calculate the cheapest transport to our client and add the cost to the invoice.

* Due to the fact that many of the products we sell are oversized, it`s not possible to use automatic postal calculation at the time. Postal fees will be calculated during order processing and added to your invoice. Please indicate the desireddelivery method into additional information box!

- Enter the necessary information (if the billing and shipping address vary, then fill both sections)

-By confirming the order your order will be sent to us and after the availability check you will recieve an invoice.

*Please note that your order is not the basis for payment, the invoice you will recieve is!

- If the selected products are not available in our stock at the moment, you will be informed shortly with the conditions and delivery time of your order. (For most goods, the shipping time is 1-7 days, special orders may take longer.)

-If you have recieved the invoice, you have 3 days to pay it. After we recieve the payment, the package will be shipped out of our stock and to the client usually in 24 hours.

*If the invoice has not been paid for in three days, the order will be cancelled.

*If you have chosen to pick up your package yourself, it is possible to pay for it in our store with cash or by card. In that case, pleas make a note into the Additional information box while placing order.

- Returning of products can be in 14 days after purchase and only if the product has not been used and the package is unopened, with all the original markings. Returning of products takes place in Flint Kaubandus OÜ store, Kõo village, Kõo parish, 70500 Viljandi county, Estonia. Postal charge of returned products will not be refunded.

*The above returning policy does not apply to special order products!

Rights and obligations:

1. The client is obligated to provide accurate personal data while filling out orders, being fully responsible for any possible harm done by submiting false infomation, including the delay that may occure while shipping to client. The shop is not responsible for any consequences that may occur due to incorrect information.

2. The shop has the rights to change prices. If the clients order was made before price change, the price at the time applies. If the new price is lower than it was at the time of the order, the client has no right to demand for compensation or for the shop to sell products with a price that was set after ordering.

3. If by any technical error the prices in webshop have been dropped to an unreasonably low level and the shop has not made a discount note to the products page, the shop has the right to withdraw from the transaction (in the terms of section 4.) assuming that the product has not yet been delivered to clients destination.

4. The stock inventory is displayed with a delay and may vary from the actual stock. In that case the shop has the right to withdraw from the deal and the client has no rights to demand for order fulfillment or demand any compensation for possible losses.

5. Client gives the shop all rights to process and preserve any personal data the client has entered. The shop confirms that all clients personal data will be treated as confidential information.

6. If the destination of shipment is outside of the Republic of Estonia, the shop specifies the destination, deadline and costs of shipment. The specific conditions of shipping depend on the policy of international transport companies terms and traditions.
